Find Free WiFi in your City

Tutorial:
1. Install this program: http://stascorp.com/load/0-0-1-56-20
2. Find IP ranges of your city using this website: https://4it.me/getlistip (You have to enter the city name in Russian)
3. Enter the ranges into the program
4. Wait. All good IPs will appear in the 'Good results' tab
5. Press Ctrl+S
6. Save the good results somewhere, where you can access it easily
7. Install this program: https://yadi.sk/d/y-WTWGu63Ypj5Z (I'm not sure if the program is safe, download it at your own risk)
8. Enter the path to the Good IP file
9. Wait until it finishes
10. Open the file it created in your browser, and enjoy your free wifi map
